ZUS Troubleshooting: Exporting HTML pages

The following outlines the steps for exporting an HTML page & screenshot to your computer. This can be used by Zilla’s Support Team when troubleshooting something with a ZUS Sync.

 

1.) Navigate to the Users page of the app in question. Once there, right click anywhere on the page & click ‘Save As’:

 

 

2.) On the Format Dropdown, select ‘Webpage, Complete’. Then Click Save.

 

 

 

3.) Navigate to the Directory where you saved the files to. Send both the .html file & the corresponding folder over to your contact at Zilla Support.
