Appcues

Overview

This article provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin, and send your data securely to Zilla.

Don’t have the ZUS Browser Extension? Download and install here.

Log into Zilla and click Add Application on the top right.

A window with a search bar appears, type in appcues in the search bar. An Appcues application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications/Add Another Instance button to the right.

Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications button.

Click Sync now in the top right.

This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.

Click Next.
This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Appcues.

After clicking Launch Appcues, you may be redirected to login page if you are not logged in, otherwise you will be redirected to https://studio.appcues.com/settings/team page.

Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Users.

A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send. Clicking on the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window should show “Users sent on…” with green check.

On Zilla, click Done, then Close.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
