Overview

This article provides instructions on how to connect to an API to import data from your application into Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, set up an API configuration, and send your data securely to Zilla.

 

 

Create API Key in Aircall

  1. Login to Aircall using your user account.

  2. Navigate to Integrations & API → API keys.

  3. Click on Generate an API key.

     

  4. Copy the API Token for a later step as you will not be able to view it again. Also copy the API ID (you would be able to get the API ID under API keys but not the API token).

Setup Aircall Application Integration on Zilla

  1. Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click on Add Application in the top right.

     

  2. A window with a search bar appears, type in Aircall in the search bar and hit enter. Aircall app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

     

  3. Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

     

  4. The Aircall app will be added to the applications tab section, click on it.

     

  5. A detailed view of Aircall application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

     

  6. Enable API Integration. Enter the API ID and API token obtained above into the respective text boxes and click on Sync Now.

     

  7. Click Next and the sync will begin.

     

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
