ApprovalMax

 

  1. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application on the top right corner.

  1. A window with a search bar appears, type in ApprovalMax in the search bar. ApprovalMax application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

     

  2. Fill in the form with appropriate details and click Add to Applications button.

     

     

  3. A detailed view of ApprovalMax application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  4. Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) option from the dialog and provide the ApprovalMax Workflows and Settings > Users page URL.

  5. Click Sync Now/Next.

  6. Read the instructions and click Launch ApprovalMax.

  1. You will be redirected to ApprovalMax Workflows and Settings > Users page.

  2. If not logged in, please login to ApprovalMax.

  3. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the browser window, and click Send to synchronize ApprovalMax Users.

     

     

  4. A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.

     

     

  5. On Zilla, click Done.

     

     

  6. You should receive a popup letting you know that that the sync was successful and providing the sync summary details. Click Close once finished reviewing.
