Overview

This article provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin, and send your data securely to Zilla.

Don’t have the ZUS Browser Extension? Download and install here.

 

  1. Navigate to your Carta application instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right. This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it. Fill in the URL for your Carta’s users page and click Next.

  1. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Carta.

  1. You will be redirected to your Carta account. Click the Zilla Universal Sync browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize users and permissions.

  2. A popup will appear. Review the list of users and permissions and click Send.

  3. Come back to Zilla and click Done.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
