Crayon

  • Log into Zilla and click Add Application on the top right.

  • A window with a search bar appears, type in crayon in the search bar. An application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  • Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications button.

  • Navigate to your Crayon application instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right.

  • This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it and enter the URL for your Crayon Users page.

  • Click Next/Sync Now.

  • This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Crayon.

  • After clicking Launch Crayon you may be redirected to login page if you are not already logged in.

  • Navigate to Users page and load the users to be synced.

  • Click on the Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Crayon users.

  • A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.

  • On Zilla, click Done.
