Box - Browser Extension

• Log into Zilla and click Add Application on the top right.

Open

• A window with a search bar appears, type in box in the search bar. An application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

Open

• Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications button.

• Navigate to your box application instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right.

• This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.

• In another browser window, log in to Box and click Admin Console in the bottom left corner.

• Select Users & Groups on the left bar, then Click External Users tab and copy the URL and paste it into the URL text box in the Zilla Box dialog.

• Click on Next/Sync Now.

• This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Box.

• Sign in to your account if not already logged in.

• Click on the browser extension logo located in the top right. Click on Send to Synchronize Box External Users.

Step 8. Review the external users list and click Send.

• The checkmark beneath Sent pages confirms that your data was sent. If you are not on the correct page, click Visit page to be directed to the correct page.

• For each page, click Visit page to redirect to that page, then click Browser Extension icon, click Send against that page step.

• On Zilla, click Done.

• Check the sync summary and click Close.
