DocuSign

Note: Zilla recommends using the API Integration. To switch over to the API integration, first archive the ZUS (Browser Extension) application instance and then create a new DocuSign instance enabling the API Integration. The DocuSign ZUS (Browser Extension) integration syncs DocuSign Integrations data in addition to the information synced via the API integration.

Step 1. Navigate to your DocuSign instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right corner. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Browser Extension to enable it.

Step 2. Login to DocuSign in a new browser window. Go to the Settings tab at the top of the page. Copy the URL up to the domain (ex. https://admindemo.docusign.com ) and paste it into Zilla DocuSign dialog.
