FullStory

Step 1. Navigate to your FullStory instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right corner. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.

Step 2. Login to FullStory in a new browser window and click on the drop-down in the top left corner. Select Settings.

Step 4. Click Users on the left sidebar. Copy the URL and paste it into the text box of the Zilla FullStory dialog.

Step 5. Click Sync Now.

Step 6. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch FullStory.

Step 7. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window. Click Send in the browser extension dialog to synchronize FullStory users.

Step 8: A display preview will popup displaying a list of FullStory users with their details, click Send.

Step 9: Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window. Click Send in the browser extension dialog to synchronize FullStory Guests.

Step 10. A display preview will popup displaying a list of FullStory guests with their details, click Send.

Step 8. On Zilla, click Done.
