Miro

 

Note: User syncing the application should be a Team Admin in Miro.

 

  • Log into Zilla as admin and click Add Application on the top right.

  • A window with a search bar appears, type in miro in the search bar. An application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  • Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications button.

 

  • Miro Application details page appears. Click Sync now in the top right.

 

  • This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.

 

  • Sign in to Miro on your browser with Admin credentials, and select your team settings.

 

From your team settings page navigate to the “Team users”, then “Apps & Integrations” appears on the left menu. Click on Apps & Integrations found on the left side of the page. Once you have arrived at the Apps & Integrations page, copy the URL back into the appropriate text box in Zilla. Next, do the same for Team users, this page link is located directly above where you clicked Apps & Integrations. Once you are on the Team users page, copy the URL and paste it back into Zilla.

 

  • Now that you have entered both the URLs, click Next.

 

  • This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Miro.

 

  • Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window and click Send.

 

  • A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.

 

  • Click on browser extension icon again to check the sent pages shown with green checkmark.

 

  • Click on browser extension icon again. Click on Visit page for “Apps & Integrations” step

 

  • Click Send, scroll on the Apps & Integrations, click Send again on browser extension window

 

  • Go to Zilla, click on Done

 

  • Check the sync summary and click Close
