Step 1. Navigate to your Envoy application instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right. This popup should appear, click the slider below Browser Extension to enable it and click on Next.

Step 2. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Envoy.

Step 3. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Envoy employees. Make sure to send employees first and then admins.

Step 4. To synchronize Envoy admins, click Visit page next to “Admins: Synchronize Envoy Admins” and then click Send.

Step 5. On Zilla, click Done.

Note: In the case that Admins are synced, the sync summary Accounts count under Admins will show a cumulative count including both Employees and Admins.
