Keeper Security

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to use CSV upload to sync data (accounts, roles and teams) from Keeper Security into your instance of Zilla.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Download data in CSV format from Keeper Security Dashboard

  2. Login to Zilla as an admin and add Keeper Security application instance

  3. Upload the CSV file in sync configuration

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to your Keeper Security instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right corner. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below 'Accounts & Permissions CSV File Upload' to enable it. Then click Sync Now.

Step 2: Login to Keeper Security in a new browser window, and click on Dashboard in the left sidebar and scroll down to User Status. Click on three dots on right side of User Status and select Download.

Step 3: In Zilla, Click on Browse and select the downloaded CSV file. Then click Upload to upload the CSV file.

Step 4: In ‘Map CSV columns to Zilla Permissions Attributes’ popup, Click Show Advanced Options.

Step 5: Enable first option and add '|' (pipe) in the text box to specify custom separator in CSV.

Step 6: Enable second option and add 1 in text box then click Add to add one extra column for teams.

Step 7: Now scroll down to bottom and select Email for Account Id column.

Step 8: Scroll right and select Roles in ‘Permission' column, 'Teams in 'Permission 1' column and Locked/Disabled in 'Account Status’ column. Then click Next.

Step 9: On the preview screen confirm the data and click Import.
