ClientSuccess
Overview
This document provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla.
In this guide, you will:
Launch your application from inside Zilla
Activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin
Send your data securely to Zilla.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Log into Zilla and click
Add Application
on the top right.
A window with a search bar appears, type in
clientsuccess
in the search bar. An application entry will appear at the top of the list, clickAdd to Applications
button to the right.
Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click
Add to Applications
button.
Navigate to your ClientSuccess application instance in your library. Click
Sync now
in the top right.
This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it and enter the URL for your ClientSuccess Users page.
Click
Next
/Sync Now
.This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click
Launch ClientSuccess
.
After clicking
Launch ClientSuccess
you may be redirected to login page if you are not already logged in.Navigate to Users page and load the users to be synced.
Click on Zilla’s Browser Extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click
Send
to synchronize ClientSuccess users.
A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click
Send
.
On Zilla, click
Done
.
Click
Close
.
When you have finished with all the steps above, return to Zilla and review the information that was synced.
