Getting the API Key and Domain

  1. Visit your profile on Freshservice via https://freshservice.com/.

  2. Copy domain only from address bar of the home page of Freshservice for a later step. (Example: domain.freshservice.com)

  3. Click on the avatar section on the top right corner of the page and then click Profile settings.

  4. You will be redirected to Edit Profile page. Save the API Key, which you will find in Your API Key section in the right sidebar, for a later step.

     

Setup Freshservice Application Integration on Zilla

 

  1. Visit Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click Add Application in the top right.

  1. A window with a search bar appears, type in freshservice in the search bar and hit enter. Freshservice app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications to the right.

  1. Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

     

     

  2. A detailed view of Freshservice application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

 

  1. Enable API Integration. Enter the API token and API domain of your region in the respective boxes and click Next.

Note: The requester and requester groups are synced by default and can be excluded using the config.

 

  1. Click Next and the sync will start.

 

  1. Click on Done.

  1. Sync summary will pop-up, check and then click Close.
