Adobe

To sync data for Adobe we recommend using our ZUS integration and the steps to configure the same are mentioned in this document. Enterprise customers for Adobe can also leverage the API integration, documentation for which can be found here.

Step 1. Navigate to your Adobe application instance in your Applications page. Click Sync now in the top right. This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.

 

Step 2. Sign in to Adobe on your browser. Go to Users page, copy the URL and paste it into the first URL text box in the Zilla Adobe dialog.

 

Step 3. In Adobe, Go to Administrators page, copy the URL and paste it into the second URL text box in the Zilla Adobe dialog.

 

Step 4. In Adobe, go to User groups page, copy the URL and paste it into the third URL text box in the Zilla Adobe dialog.

Step 5. Click Sync Now/Next.

 

Step 6. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Adobe.

Note: If you have multiple pages of data for Users/Administrators, select the maximum size of “Items per page” i.e. 100 and click “Send” for Users/Administrators page respectively as per NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS given at each step.

Step 7. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, follow the NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS and click Send to synchronize Adobe Users.

A preview window will pop up to collect data across all pages, review the collected data and click Send and wait for the preview window to close indicating the Users have been sent.

 

 

Click on the browser extension icon and check that Users have been sent.

 

Step 8. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window. Click Visit page to navigate to Adobe Administrators page. Click the browser extension icon again and follow NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS for syncing Administrators page, then click Send.

 

 

A preview window will pop up to collect data across all pages, review the collected data and click Send and wait for the preview window to close indicating the Administrators have been sent.

 

 

 

Click on the browser extension icon and check that Administrators have been sent.

 

 

Step 9. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window. Click Visit page to navigate to Adobe User groups page.

 

Step 10. Click the browser extension icon again and follow NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS for syncing Group members page, then click Send.

 

Check that user group members have been sent.

 

 

Step 11. Repeat Step 10 for each group.

 

 

Step 12. On Zilla, click Done.

 

Step 13: Sync Summary pop up will appear. Click Close.
