Envoy

Overview

This article provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin, and send your data securely to Zilla.

Don’t have the ZUS Browser Extension? Download and install here.

 

  • Log into Zilla and click Add Application on the top right.

  • A window with a search bar appears, type in envoy in the search bar. An application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  • Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications button.

  • Envoy application details page will appear. Click Sync now in the top right.

  • This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it and click on Next.

  • This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Envoy.

  • Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Envoy employees. Make sure to send employees first and then admins.

  • A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.

  • To synchronize Envoy admins, click Visit page next to “Admins: Synchronize Envoy Admins” and then click Send.

  • On Zilla, click Done.

Note: In the case that Admins are synced, the sync summary Accounts count under Admins will show a cumulative count including both Employees and Admins.

 

  • Review the sync summary pop-up and click Close.

 

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
