Step 1. Navigate to your added KnowBe4 instance in Applications page in Zilla. Click Sync now in the top right corner. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.

 

Step 2. Login to KnowBe4 in a new browser window. Go to the Users tab of your KnowBe4 console. Copy the URL and paste it into the text box of the Zilla KnowBe4 - Integration Configuration dialog.

Step 3. Click Sync Now/Next.

 

Step 4. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch KnowBe4.

 

Note: On the KnowBe4 Manage Users page, select Status: “Active” and select Type: “All” filter to synchronize Admin and Users. Make sure only User, Groups and Last Login columns are visible.

 

Step 5. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window. Click Send in the browser extension dialog to synchronize KnowBe4 users. A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.

 

Step 6: On Zilla, click Done. Then click Close on Sync Summary pop-up.
