Overview

This article provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin, and send your data securely to Zilla.

Getting the URL

  1. Login to WordPress using your admin credentials. For eg: (https://yourcompany.com/wp-login.php)

     

  2. You will be redirected to WordPress dashboard. Copy the URL for use in a future step.

  3. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  4. Click Add Application on the top right corner.

     

  5. A window with a search bar appears, type in WordPress in the search bar. WordPress application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

     

  6. Fill in the form with appropriate details and click Add to Applications button.

     

  7. Click the WordPress application which was added to the Applications tab section.

     

  8. A detailed view of the WordPress application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

     

  9. Enable Browser Extension option and fill in the URL that was saved in Step 2.

  10. Click Next.

  11. Click Launch WordPress.

     

  12. You will be redirected to WordPress Dashboard.

     

  13. Click Zilla’s Browser Extension icon on the top right corner of the browser.

     

  14. A popup will appear, click Send.

     

  15. Go to Next Page of Usersand repeat Step 13 and 14, until all users are sent.

     

  16. Go back to Zilla dashboard and Click Done.

     

  17. Click Close.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
