Vonage Contact Center

Overview

This article provides instructions on how to connect to an API to import data from your application into Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, set up an API configuration, and send your data securely to Zilla.

 

Setup Vonage Contact Center Application Integration on Zilla

 

  • Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click Add Application in the top right.

  • A window with a search bar appears, type in vonage contact center in the search bar and hit enter. Vonage Contact Center app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  • Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

  • A detailed view of Vonage Contact Center application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  • Enable API Integration and fill in the mandatory fields. Click Next/Sync Now.

  • Click Next and the sync will begin.

  • In the next window that pops-up, click Done.

  • Sync summary window will pop-up, check and click Close.

  

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
