Tallie

 

  1. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application on the top right corner.

     

  3. A window with a search bar appears, type in tallie in the search bar. Tallie application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

     

  4. Fill in the form with appropriate details and click Add to Applications button.

     

  5. Click the Tallie app which was added to the Applications tab, a detailed view of Tallie application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

     

  6. Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) option from the dialog.

     

  7. Click Sync Now/Next.

  8. Read the instructions and click Launch Tallie.

     

  9. Login to Tallie if you are not already logged in.

     

  10. Select the account for sync.

     

  11. You will be redirected to Tallie People page -> Permissions and Approvers tab, showing Active People


    If you are not redirected, Click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser and click on Visit Page for User Permissions.

     

  12. Once on Permissions and Approvers tab, click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser and click Send. After clicking on Send, the users will be collected with their permissions. If there are more than 1 page of users (Tallie displays minimum 25 users per page and maximum 200 per page), it could take a moment for all of the pages to be collected.

     

     

  13. A display preview will popup displaying a list of users with permissions and other details, Click Send.

     

  14. Click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser and click on Visit Page for Users.

     

  15. You will be redirected to People → Overview tab, click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser and click Send. After clicking on Send, the users will be collected. If there are more than 1 page of users (Tallie displays minimum 25 users per page and maximum 200 per page), it could take a moment for all of the pages to be collected.

     

  16. A display preview will popup displaying a list of users and other details, Click Send.

     

Currently we support ["M/D/YYYY h:mm A"]as a valid date format, which is machine’s Date and time format. Tallie shows date as per the system’s format, we recommend to set the date-time of the system in the specified format to get the Last Login date correctly.

Please note we are only syncing the Last Login’s date in tallie. The time might show inaccurately based on different time zones. This is specific to the tallie application.

 

Check that green checkmark is shown for the sent pages.

 

 

  1. Go back to Zilla dashboard and click Done.



  2. Click Close.
