  1. Login to Figma using your Admin Account and navigate to the Admin Panel on the left-side menu on your screen.

  1. Navigate to the “Members“ tab from the top of the Admin Panel and copy the URL. We will need it in the later steps.

Setup Figma Application Integration in Zilla:

 

  1. Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click on Add Application in the top right.

  1. A window with a search bar appears, type in figma in the search bar and hit enter. SAP BTP app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  1. Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

  1. A detailed view of Figma application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  1. This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.

  1. Paste the URL copied from Figma’s Admin Panel. Click on the “Next“ button.

  1. Next, click on “Launch Figma”. This will open the Figma URL you entered in the previous step in a new Tab in your Chrome window.

  1. Click on the Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) browser extension icon on the top right corner of your browser window. Click the “Send” button to start the scrape data from the page.

  1. A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.

  1. Navigate to Zilla Application tab and click “Done”.

  1. Review the sync summary and click Close.
