Obtaining the required configs from Oracle HCM

1. Log in to your Oracle Cloud service.

2. The URL of your Oracle Cloud service is the Oracle HCM REST Endpoint. For example, if your Oracle Cloud service URL is https://zilla.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com then that will be used as the Oracle HCM REST Endpoint in a future step.

Setup Oracle HCM Application Integration on Zilla

1. Visit Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click Add Application in the top right.

2. A window with a search bar appears, type in Oracle HCM in the search bar and hit enter. Oracle HCM app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications to the right.

3. Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

    

4. The Oracle HCM app will be added to the Applications tab section, click on it.

    

5. A detailed view of Oracle HCM application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

    

6. Enable API Integration. Enter the Oracle HCM REST Endpoint obtained in the earlier steps as well as Username and Password of the admin account in the respective boxes and click Next.

    

7. Click Next and the sync will start.

Endpoint for User Data Retrieval:
{Oracle_HCM_Base_URL}/hcmRestApi/scim/Users

Data collected:

• User ID

• Email Address

• Username

• First Name

• Last Name

• Active Status

• Roles(permissions)

• Metadata

  • Roles

  • Username

  • Emails

  • Created time

  • Last modified time
