Rivery

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to connect to an API to import data from this application into your instance of Zilla.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Launch your application from inside Zilla

  2. Set up an API configuration

  3. Send your data securely to Zilla

Step-by-Step Instructions

Obtaining the required configs from Rivery

  1. Login to Rivery Account: Go to the Rivery website and log in to your account which has admin permissions. Your Account ID is located in the Console URL: https://console.rivery.io/home/[account-id]/563f5b17b0a105467kle07a4we5435ff4c33, it would be required in the later steps.

  2. Access API Tokens: After logging in, click on Settings in the left panel and then navigate to API Tokens.

  3. Add API Token: Click on Add Token.

  4. Include required scopes:

    Give a name to the token and make sure that user:list and environment:list are selected in the section below, after doing that click on Create.

     

    Save the API Token somewhere so that you can use it in later steps, as it won’t be visible after closing the window.

     

  5. Now that you have the Account ID and API Token, you can proceed to Zilla and follow the below steps.

Setup Rivery Application Integration on Zilla

  1. Visit Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click Add Application in the top right.

  1. A window with a search bar appears, type in Rivery in the search bar and hit enter. Rivery app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications to the right.

  1. Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

     

     

  2. A detailed view of Rivery application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

 

  1. Enable API Integration. Enter the Account Id and API token obtained in earlier steps in the respective boxes and click Next.

     

  2. Click Next and the sync will start.

  1. Click on Done.

  1. Sync summary will pop-up, check and then click Close.

 

When you have finished with all the steps above, return to Zilla and review the information that was synced.
