Please Note:

  1. The PrivX ZUS integration only syncs Users and their Roles.

  2. For Role Members, user has to manually send data for each page.

  3. Begin the sync as soon as the PrivX page is launched to prevent pagination issues.

  1. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application on the top right corner.

     

  3. A window with a search bar appears, type in privx in the search bar. PrivX application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

     

     

  4. Fill in the form with appropriate details and click Add to Applications button.

     

  5. Click the PrivX app which was added to the Applications tab, a detailed view of PrivX application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

     

     

  6. Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) option from the dialog, and fill in the required configs - Users page URL and Roles page URL which you can copy from the address bar from your PrivX account and paste them in Zilla to the respective config fields as shown below.

     

  7. Click Sync Now/Next.

  8. Read the instructions and click Launch PrivX.

     

  9. If not logged in, please login to PrivX. 

  10. Click the ZUS browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize PrivX Users, if there are multiple pages of Users, it will automatically navigate to next pages and collect data.


     

     

  11. A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send, wait till the preview dialog closes.



     

  12. For Role Members, click the ZUS browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, click Visit Page which will take you to the Roles page.


     

  13. Click the Role for which you want to send data for.

     

     

  14. Scroll down if scrolling is required to find “List Members” and click List Members, to see the list of members/users having that role.

  15.  Click the ZUS browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Role Members.




     

     

  16. If there are paginated users in Role Members page, go to the next page and click Send again.


     

     

  17. Repeat Step 13-16 for each Role’s list of members to be sent to Zilla.

     

  18. Go back to Zilla, click Done and then Close.
