Notion

Overview

This article provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin, and send your data securely to Zilla.

Don’t have the ZUS Browser Extension? Download and install here.

Step 1. Navigate to your Notion instance in your library. Click Sync now. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Browser Extension to enable it. Then click Next.

Step 2. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Notion.

Step 3. Select the Settings & Members tab from the list on the left.

Step 3. Click on the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send.

For those who have Guest users on their Notion account, simply navigate to your Guests tab and click “Send/Send Again” in the browser extension window.

Note: Notion Guest Access levels will always come in as '(default)'.

Step 4. A successful send will look like this. Return to Zilla by clicking on ‘Zilla Security’ in blue text.

Step 5. Once complete, you may return to Zilla and view your new user data in the Accounts tab.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
