Login to ZenGRC:

  1. Visit https://[domain].zengrc.com and login.

Generate the API Key ID and API Key Secret:

  1. API Keys can be generated in your ZenGRC app. Currently, they are only available for admin users.

  2. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand navigation panel.

  3. Click Settings | Developers.

     

  4. Click Create new.

     

  5. Add a name in the API key name field.

  6. Click Create.

     

  7. Copy information in the API key ID and the API key Secret fields. This is the only time the ID and secret are displayed. If you navigate away without copying them, you will need to generate a new key.

     

Set up ZenGRC Application Integration on Zilla:

  1. Navigate to your ZenGRC application instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right. This popup should appear, click the slider below API Integration to enable it.

     

  2. Add your ZenGRC domain (https://[domain].zengrc.com) in the second configuration box.

  3. If you are a US customer then put Yes in the third configuration box otherwise No.

  4. Add the configuration details saved above: API key Id and API key Secret, then click Sync Now.

  5. Click Next.

     

  6. Click Done. ZenGRC sync has completed message displayed.
