ServiceDesk Plus
Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.
Click
Add Application
in the top right corner.A window with a search bar appears, type in
ServiceDesk Plus
in the search bar.ServiceDesk Plus
application entry will appear at the top of the list, clickAdd to Applications
button to the right.
Fill in the form with appropriate details and click
Add to Applications
button.If a detailed view of the
ServiceDesk Plus
application instance does not appear, click theServiceDesk Plus
app which was added to the Applications tab. ClickSync now
in top right corner.
Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) option from the dialog.
Click
Sync Now
/Next
.Read the instructions and click
Launch ServiceDesk Plus
.You will be redirected to below page. Sign into ServiceDesk Plus.
You will be redirected to All Users page. If you are not redirected, click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser and click the All Users

Note: Skip to step 15 if only syncing Technicians.
To send data for “All Users” page, read the Note in NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS. Before sending data please make sure the column order is as follows in All Users page table:
Name (Display Name)
User Type
Login Name
Email
Department Name
Employee ID
Phone
Mobile
Job Title
Site
First Name
Last Name
Once on All Users page, click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser, follow NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS and click
Send
.
A preview dialog will popup displaying a list of users with details, review it and click
Send
.
Note: Long email addresses for All Users are truncated by ServiceDesk Plus and will be likewise truncated in Zilla. Permissions are not synced for All Users. Long email addresses and permissions are properly synced for Technicians.
Check that green checkmark is shown for the Sent pages.
To send data for “Technicians” page, read the Note in NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS. Before sending data please make sure the column order is as follows in Technicians page table:

Login Name
Email
Department Name
Employee ID
Phone
First Name
Last Name
Mobile
Job Title
Click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser and click the Technicians
Visit page
.
Once on Technicians page, click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser, follow NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS and click
Send
. After clickingSend
, the Technicians users collected will be shown.
Check that green checkmark is shown for the Sent pages.
Go back to Zilla and click
Done
.Click
Close
.
