Get the OpenVPN Cloud ID:

  1. Login to OpenVPN account and copy your Cloud ID from the top right corner of the page and save it for a later step.

     

Get the Client ID and Client Secret:

  1. Visit the OpenVPN account.

  2. Click on the avatar section on the top right corner of the page and then click My Account.

     

  3. Click Cloud API (Beta) and then Create Credentials.

     

  4. Specify a name for your credentials. Accept the default one-month lifetime value or specify a different one. OAuth credentials have an expiration period of two weeks, one month, six months, or one year.

     

  5. Specify an optional whitelisted IP subnet range.

  6. Click Create.

     

  7. Copy Client ID and Client Secret and save them for a later step.

     

  8. Click Back. The Cloud API page lists the credential.

  9. To enable the OpenVPN Cloud API, click the toggle button.

     

Set up OpenVPN Application Integration on Zilla:

  1. Locate your desired OpenVPN application instance on Zilla, click Sync now in the top right of the page and enable API Integration.

  2. Add the configuration details saved in earlier steps:
    OpenVPN Cloud ID, Client ID, and Client Secret then click Next.

  3. Click Next.

     

  4. Click Done.
